Project requests
We use the contact and broad project information submitted through the form to review and respond to the request. Sharing it with a potential firm requires a separate, optional consent. The form is not designed for exact addresses, plans, images, protected identities, threats, system details, credentials, response procedures, or vulnerabilities.
Analytics
Form values are not sent to analytics. Analytics is limited to controlled, broad, non-identifying categories. Microsoft Clarity requires explicit consent, and form regions remain masked.
Accuracy of privacy language
Retention and recipients
The project record is used to handle the request. Email alerts direct the site operator to that record rather than repeating submitted project details. Specific retention and deletion periods will be published after the corresponding operating policy is approved.
