What we require before publication
Editorial material must have accurate authorship, a completed internal editorial check, current dates, clear disclosures, and sources or an explicit evidence note. Named specialist review is reserved for claims that warrant it; the testing-claims reference remains unpublished until that review is complete. Unfinished work is not presented as current guidance.
Performance language stays attributed
Testing or standards language stays attached to its source and to the product, assembly, configuration, conditions, and limitations that source actually describes. A component claim is not presented as proof of complete-room performance.
Firm inclusion and commercial relationships
A listing request does not guarantee inclusion or favorable coverage. Commercial relationships must be disclosed and cannot replace current sources. We do not invent ratings, testimonials, credentials, or claims to complete a profile.
Corrections
Firms may request a correction. Material changes are checked against current public sources before the profile is updated.
